摘要
在已有充电设施基础上提出电动汽车分散式充电设施二次规划模型。首先根据规划区的停车需求以及充电概率预测充电桩需求量。其次在已建有充电站基础上,建立最大覆盖模型对新建充电设施选址。最后以投资者的综合收益最大为目标,对充电设施容量进行配置。算例分析结果表明,该模型可以满足城市电动汽车的充电需求,实现了服务需求量最大化,提高了资源的利用率。
On the basis of the existed charging facilities, the author put forward thequadratic programming model for the distributed charging facilities for electric vehicle. Firstof all, according to the parking demand and charging probability, the number of chargingpile was predicted. Secondly, choosing the new charging facilities location in light of theprevious charging stations. Finally, further programming model was proposed with the goalof comprehensive benefit maximization of investor. The example analysis results showed thatthe method could meet the demand of the electric vehicle, realize the maximization forservice demand, and improve the utilization of resources.
