摘要
以某汽轮发电机组为例,对轴承座振动大的原因进行分析。根据外部振动特性试验结果及轴振波德图,判断其原因为轴承座基础与台板、台板与轴承底座之间存在接触不良、连接刚度不足的问题。重新加装垫铁、增加垫铁数量,重新研刮台板、更换垫片后,轴承座振动达到合格水平。
Taking a steam turbine generator set as an example, analyze the reasons forthe large vibration of the bearing block. According to the test results of external vibrationcharacteristics and the wave diagram of shaft vibration, it was judged that the reasons werethe bad contact between the bearing block foundation and the platform, the platform andthe bearing base, and the insufficient connection stiffness. The vibration of the bearing seatreached the qualified level after reinstalling the pad iron, increasing the number of padiron, relapping the table plate and replacing the pad.
