摘要 某200 MW汽轮机组在AGC(自动发电控制)运行方式下发生高压调节汽阀摆动故障,通过原因排查及进行高压调节汽阀开度试验工作,确定阀门摆动是因高压调节汽阀流量特性不佳和调节汽阀重叠度设置不当引起的。提出了优化高压调节汽阀重叠度、重新调整4个高压调节汽阀在顺序阀方式下的流量特性等改进建议。 The oscillation failure of high pressure regulating valves occurred in a 200MW steam turbine under AGC(automatic generation control) operation mode. Through thecause analysis and investigation and the test of high pressure regulating valve opening, itwas determined that the fault of valves was caused by the flow characteristics of highpressure regulating valves and the improper overlap setting of regulating valves. Somesuggestions were put forward to optimize the overlap degree of high pressure regulatingvalves and readjust the flow characteristics of four high pressure regulating valves undersequential valve mode.
