摘要 以内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司发生的2次旋转机械设备振动故障为例,通过对其振动频谱图中出现的二倍频分量进行分析,找到了设备发生振动的原因为旋转机械设备轴系存在严重不对中、联轴器弹性块磨损严重及设备存在共振。对此采取了对联轴器进行对轮找正、更换联轴器弹性块以及加固钢结构框架等措施,消除了机组事故隐患,机组恢复正常运行。 Based on Inner Mongolia Guohua Zhungeer Power Generation Co.,Ltd., takingtwo mechanical equipment vibration fault as an example, based on the vibration spectrumin figure 2x component perform causal analysis, find out the reason of the equipmentvibration of rotating machinery equipment respectively of the shaft system exists seriouscoupling elastic block badly worn, and resonance equipment were discussed. For thisreason, measures such as wheel alignment of the coupling, elastic block replacement of thecoupling and reinforcement of the steel frame had been carried, through which thepotential accident was eliminated and the normal operation of the unit was recovered.
