摘要
内蒙古京泰发电有限责任公司针对春季杨絮和柳絮增多,造成2台机组空冷凝汽器内表面脏污、空冷凝汽器换热效果差的问题,研制了一套空冷凝汽器内部冲洗装置,可以将散热器表面的柳絮、杨絮和脏物冲洗干净。冲洗后,2台机组运行背压分别下降4.5 kPa和6.2k Pa,节约费用约89万元,提高了机组运行的经济性。
Inner Mongolia Jingtai Power Plant Limited Liability Co.,Ltd., developed a setof internal flushing device for air cooled condenser, which could clean up the catkin,poplar and dirt on the surface of the radiator, caused by the increase of the air condenser′sdirty surface and the poor heat transfer effect of the air condenser. The operating backpressure of the unit dropped by 4.5 kPa and 6.2 kPa, and the expenses was saved by 890000 yuan, which improved the economy of the unit operation.
