This paper combines the control system of the low voltage AC motor in the substation of Shandong Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The application of the DC power supply in the control loop is illustrated in real time by the case.It is used to solve the drawbacks of the AC power supply in the control loop.The author of this article perfected the motor control system based on his own design experience and realized the main process requirements and safe production.
