超临界CO_2萃取法提取迷迭香油工艺及其化学组分研究

摘要 目的 :迷迭香油工艺的提取以及萃炼需要的流程是非常复杂的,而且超临界的优化其中的化学成分要求是很高的。方法以及工艺是很多人可望而不可求的。方法 :采用正交试验优化的参数控制,参数决定了实验的精确值,保证化学成分的提取能够精准有效。提取化学成分的需要经过气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)来进行有效的分离及精准的鉴定,结果决定一切。结论 :最为优质有效的结果经过各方面的鉴定需要的温度是45℃,它的压力在6MPa,其中做实验需要的时间大约是2h。二十一种成分需要的是精确程度,挥发量不能够超过0.2%。其中油的挥发是最多的。结论 :迷迭香的提取时间大大缩短,而且非常容易成功。 Objective :The process of extraction and scouring of rosemary oil is very complex,and the requirements for supercritical chemical composition are very high.Methods and processes are many people can’t hope for.Methods :The method used has been tried many times,and the parameter control optimized by the orthogonal test is the most important one.The parameters determine the exact value of the test and ensure that the extraction of chemical components can be accurate and effective.The need to extract chemical components is efflciently separated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and accurate identiflcation is made.The result is everything.Conclusion :The best quality and effective results require a temperature of forty-flve degrees Celsius for all aspects of identiflcation.Its pressure is 6 MPa,and the time required to perform the experiment is about two hours.Twenty-one components require precision,and volatile amounts cannot exceed 0.2 percent.Among them,the oil is most volatile.The conclusion drawn from this approach is that the extraction time of rosemary is greatly reduced and it is very easy to succeed.
