摘要
大功率压缩机的稳定性和可靠性成为设备应用企业最为关注的问题。从力学角度上而言,大功率往复式压缩机曲轴的作用在于通过对运作方式的转变,完成做功。对大功率压缩机曲轴的设计成为压缩机技术升级的核心。不断地对压缩机曲轴进行优化设计,可以成为其应用经济性和实效性提升的重要手段。在对大功率往复式压缩机曲轴的力学分析的基础上,对大功率往复式压缩机曲轴优化的设计分析和实例分析展开探讨,并结合力学原理进行了分析,为我国大功率往复式压缩机曲轴优化提供参考。
The stability and reliability of high-power compressor has become the most concerned problem of equipment application enterprises.From the mechanical point of view,the function of the crankshaft of high-power reciprocating compressor is to complete the work by changing the operation mode.The design of the crankshaft of the high power compressor becomes the core of the technical upgrading of the compressor.Constantly optimizing the design of compressor crankshaft can be an important means to improve its application economy and effectiveness.Based on the mechanical analysis of the crankshaft of the high-power reciprocating compressor,this paper discusses the optimization design and example analysis of the crankshaft of the high-power reciprocating compressor,and analyzes the principle of mechanics,which provides a reference for the optimization of the crankshaft of the high-power reciprocating compressor in China.
