随着我国经济的不断增长,工业水平得到了很大的提高,随着工业生产任务的不断加重,各种设备的工作负荷越来越高。空气压缩机是工业生产中用到的重要设备,其在使用过程中经常出现各种故障,不仅妨碍了生产的正常进行,还有可能产生各种生产安全问题。为此,对空气压缩机故障分析及其维护管理进行探讨,希望对压缩机工作效率的提高可以起到促进作用。

With the continuous growth of China’s economy,the industrial level has been greatly improved.With the ever-increasing industrial production tasks,the workload of various equipment is getting higher and higher.The air compressor is an important equipment to be used in industrial production,and various failures often occur during its use,which not only hinders the normal production,but also may cause various production safety problems.For this reason,I will discuss the failure analysis and maintenance management of the air compressor in this article.I hope that it can promote the improvement of the compressor efflciency.
