摘要
利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对市售各大香型白酒的主体香气组分进行分析,为市售名优白酒的真假鉴定提供方法基础。
The main aroma components of commercially available large-flavor liquors were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) ,which provided a method basis for the authenticity identification of commercially available famous white spirits.
