甘肃靖远凹凸棒对气相甲醛的吸附研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过研究靖远凹凸棒黏土从气相中吸附甲醛的过程,考察了吸附时间、以及黏土颗粒大小对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,靖远凹凸棒黏土原矿和酸改性及热改性黏土分别在吸附时间为200min,180min及240min时吸附达到平衡,随着时间增加,凹凸棒黏土原矿和改性土吸附甲醛的吸附率都有所上升,但是变化不大,即达到平衡。同一种类型的凹凸棒黏土对甲醛的平衡吸附率随着粒径的减小而有所增大。靖远凹凸棒黏土对于气相甲醛的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附模型,改性酸改性ATP和热改性ATP的整体吸附性能高于原矿ATP,酸改性ATP吸附甲醛效果最好。 The adsorption process of formaldehyde from gas phase by Jingyuan attapulgite clay was studied.The results show that the adsorption equilibrium of Jingyuan attapulgite clay is reached at 200 min,180 min and 240 min,respectively.The adsorption rate of formaldehyde on attapulgite clay and modifled clay increases with the increase of time,but the adsorption rate changes little,that is,the equilibrium is reached.The equilibrium adsorption rate of formaldehyde in the same type of attapulgite clay increases with decreasing particle size.The adsorption of formaldehyde on Jingyuan attapulgite clay conforms to Freundlich isothermal adsorption model.The adsorption performance of modifled acid modifled ATP and heat modifled ATP is higher than that of original ATP.The adsorption effect of acid modifled ATP on formaldehyde is the best.
