摘要
研究了一种裸眼可视Cu^(2+)离子荧光探针在15种金属离子中对Cu^(2+)离子选择性。进一步探讨了探针的灵敏度和作用后的红外光谱图,推测其作用机理为探针在Cu^(2+)存在的情况下探针CuP的C和N相连的双键断裂形成螯合物,从而实现水溶液中Cu^(2+)的裸眼可视检测。
A naked-eye visible fluorescence probe for Cu ion selectivity to 15 metal ions has been studied.The sensitivity of the probe and the infrared spectra of the probe were further discussed.It was speculated that the mechanism of the probe was that the C-N bond of the probe CuP was broken to form a chelate in the presence of Cu^2+,thus realizing the visual detection of Cu^2+ in aqueous solution.
