糖基生物质生产食品化工产品的进展

Progress in the Production of Food and Chemical Products from Sugar Based Biomass

摘要 能源是国家发展的物质基础,对社会经济的发展至关重要。我国的能源消耗与污染日益严重,利用生物质为原料加工得到的化工产品,有效地减少了污染,减少了能源的消耗。生物质化工产品会推动生物化工技术的发展,也会带来经济效益,列举了几种具有发展前景的生物质食品化工产品,针对其发展前景作进一步分析。 Energy is the material basis of national development,and is also crucial to the development of social economy.China’s energy consumption and pollution is becoming increasingly serious,the use of biomass as raw materials to process chemical products,effectively reducing pollution,reducing energy consumption.Bio-chemical products will promote the development of bio-chemical technology,but also bring economic beneflts.This paper lists several promising bio-food chemical products,and further analyzes their development prospects.
