摘要 中海化学富岛公司、海油建滔公司四套装置的一段炉和辅锅每周或每月都要分析烟气中的氮氧化物,分析数据作为达标排放依据和计算排污量。由于国家标准不断更新,2014年出台新标准:锅炉大气污染物排放标准(GB13271–2014),新标准规定为基准氧含量进行氮氧化物折算,折算后数据比以往低很多。同时纠正了政府监测站对公司排污量的核算方法,使公司各装置的烟气氮氧化物更利于达标和降低排放核算值。 The nitrogen oxides in flue gas are analyzed every week or every month in the flrst stage furnace and auxiliary pot of four sets of plant of Zhonghai Chemical Fudao Company and Sea Oil Kingboard Company.The analysis data are used as the basis of standard discharge and calculate the amount of sewage discharge.As the national standards are constantly being updated,a new standard,GB13271-2014,has been issued in 2014.The new standard stipulates that nitrogen oxides are converted to the standard oxygen content,and the converted data are much lower than before.At the same time,it corrects the accounting method of the company's sewage discharge by the government monitoring station,and makes the flue gas nitrogen oxides of the company more favorable to meet the standard and reduce the emission accounting value.
