摘要
盐酸埃罗替尼是一种4-苯胺基喹唑啉类的小分子化合物,主要以蛋白酪氨酸激酶为中心的一种抗肿瘤药物,对治疗非小细胞的肺癌、胰腺癌等有重要作用。针对抗肿瘤药物盐酸埃罗替尼的合成进行分析,对盐酸埃罗替尼合成工艺进行分析,旨在探讨研究一条高回报、低成本的商业化盐酸埃罗替尼合成道路。
Erotinil hydrochloride is a small molecule compound of 4-aniline quinazoline,which is mainly an antitumor drug centered on protein tyrosine kinase,and plays an important role in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,pancreatic cancer and so on.In this paper,the synthesis of the anticancer drug erlotinib hydrochloride was analyzed,and the synthetic process of erlotinib hydrochloride was analyzed,aiming to explore a commercial synthetic route of erlotinib hydrochloride with high return and low cost.
