摘要
目的 :调查楚雄市城市河道水体中微生物指标现状。方法 :于2012年11月(枯水期)和2013年8月(丰水期),分别对该城市河道上、中、下游三个水域采集水样,对其水温、pH值、浑浊度和微生物指标进行测定。结果 :丰水期微生物含量明显高于枯水期(P细=0.038<0.05,P肠=0.037<0.05),中游水域微生物含量最高。结论:楚雄市城市河流水体中微生物含量超标,微生物污染严重。
Objective :To investigate the status of microbial indicators in urban river water in Chuxiong.Methods :In November 2012(dry season)and August 2013(wet season) ,the water samples were collected from the river course,middle and lower reaches of the city,and the water temperature,pH value,turbidity and microbial indicators were measured.Results :The microbial content was significantly higher in the high water period than in the low water period(P fine=0.038 〈 0.05,P intestine=0.037 〈 0.05).Conclusion: the microbial content of the urban river water in Chuxiong is over standard and the microbial contamination is serious.
