摘要
控制钻井技术是解决裂缝性压力敏感地层钻井中非漏即溢的一项钻井技术。与常规钻井技术不同之处在于其对压力的检测与控制较为精细,钻井液微流量控制属于控压钻井技术的范畴,该技术在传统的地面泥浆循环路线上安装了微流量传感器和节流器,可实现对钻井液压力、流量、当量循环密度、流速等参数进行随钻实时监测,同时进行反馈控制。对微流量控压钻井技术产生的技术背景、结构组成、工作原理、结构特点进行了系统分析,对该技术在国内的推广应用具有一定的借鉴作用。
Controlled drilling technology is a drilling technology that solves non-leakage and overflow in fractured pressure sensitive formation drilling.The difference from the conventional drilling technology is that the detection and control of the pressure is flne.The microfluidic control of the drilling fluid belongs to the category of controlled pressure drilling technology.The technology installs the micro flow sensor and the throttle on the traditional ground mud circulation route.It can realize real-time monitoring while drilling parameters such as drilling fluid pressure,flow rate,equivalent cycle density and flow rate,and feedback control at the same time.In this paper,the technical background,structural composition,working principle and structural characteristics of micro-flow controlled-pressure drilling technology are systematically analyzed,which has certain reference for the popularization and application of this technology in China.
