超声乳化术与小切口非超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障临床疗效对比研究

Comparison of clinical efficacy between phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification in the treatment of senile cataract

目的:探讨超声乳化术与小切口非超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法:选择白内障老年患者105例,按照随机原则结合患者意愿将其分成对照组(51例)及观察组(54例),分别经小切口非超声乳化术与超声乳化术进行治疗,比较两组患者视力、角膜散光度、角膜中央厚度、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组与对照组术后1、7、30d视力情况、角膜散光度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组并发症发生率高于观察组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后1、7d角膜中央厚度均显著高于术前(P<0.05),30d角膜中央厚度均仅稍大于术前,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小切口非超声乳化术在白内障的治疗中能够取得与超声乳化术相当效果,但适应范围更广,对提高经济不发达地区老年白内障诊治水平具有重要意义。

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification （Phaco） and small incision non-phacoemulsification （SICS） in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods：105 elderly patients with cataract were randomly divided into a control group （51 cases） and an observation group （54 cases） according to the wishes of the patients,were reated by small incision non-phacoemulsification and phacoemulsification, respectively,Visual acuity, corneal astigmatism, central corneal thickness, and complications were compared between the two groups.Results： There was no significant difference in visual acuity and corneal astigmatism between the observation group and the control group at 1,7,30d （ P 〉0.05）. The complications of the control group were higher than that of the observation group, but the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉0.05）. The central corneal thickness at 1d and 7d after operation was significantly higher than that before operation（ P 〈0.05）. The central corneal thickness was only slightly larger than before operation（ P 〉0.05）; there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification in the treatment of senile cataract is better. It is recommended to select the appropriate surgical plan in combination with the actual situation of the patient in order to obtain a better therapeutic effect.
