摘要
大数据时代下计算机和互联网技术蓬勃发展,计算机技术支持下的信息量庞大且繁琐,这使得BIM集成应用不断深入推进。利用BIM技术,能够实现前期设计、施工实施、后期管理的一体化。在项目的设计过程中,对项目总体布局、单体建筑各部位的表现更直观,能够及时发现不合理的设计内容,减少设计变更,为施工实施和后期运营管理工作的开展,提供大量的数据信息支持,减少因设计疏忽和不合理而产生的质量问题和安全问题,提高项目设计和建设的效率。
Computer and internet technology are developing rapidly under The Age of Big Data. Supported by the computer technology,the information is huge and tedious,it makes BIM integration application developing. Using BIM technology,we can achieve the integration of predesign,construction and later management. In the design process of a project,BIM can make the layout of whole project and parts of a building more visible,in this way,we can find out the unreasonable design in time,then reduce the amount of design change. In a word,BIM can provide a amount of data and information to support the construction and the final-period management. Reduce the quality and safety problems caused by negligence and unreasonable design,in order to improve the efficiency of design and construct.
