Analysis of the main factors affecting fine coal floatation performance

煤泥浮选工艺效果受很多因素影响,这些因素大体可以归纳为六类,它们之间既相互联系,又相互制约。为了更好地指导煤泥浮选生产,对煤泥性质、煤浆性质、药剂制度、浮选工艺、浮选设备性能、操作条件六种影响因素进行分析,以期为不同因素之间的内在联系研究奠定基础,进而为煤泥浮选工艺效果的提高和稳定提供理论支持。

Fine coal flotation performance is subject to the influence of a multiple factors which are largely grouped into 6 categories. They are interrelated and mutually restricted. In order to provide a better guidance for the fine coal flotation operation, an analysis is made in the paper of the 6 influencing factors, i.e. coal property, pulp property, reagent regime, flotation process, performance of flotation equipment and operating conditions, so as to lay a basis for the study on the interrelation of the factors involved and provide hence a theoretical support for the improvement and stability of fine coal flotation performance.
