为了降低黄陵一号煤矿选煤厂重介生产系统的介质消耗,在对影响磁选机回收效果因素分析的基础上,结合现场实际情况,从管理消耗、技术消耗方面对重介生产系统介质消耗进行管控。生产实践表明:在采取管控措施后,吨原煤介耗从2. 02 kg降到1. 59 kg,管控效果较为明显。

In order to reduce the medium consumption of the plant＇s heavy medium separation system, effective measures for management and control of medium consumption is adopted based on the result of analysis of the factors affecting magnetic separator＇s medium recovery performance, and in line with the specific operating conditions of the plant. Practice indicates that the adoption of the measures has yielded remarkable effect, making it possible to reduce the medium consumption from 2.02 kg/t to 1.59 kg/t.
