GPJ140/3-C型加压过滤机在永宁选煤厂的应用实践

Application of the GPJ140/3-C pressure filter at Yongning Coal Washery

为了解决永宁选煤厂浮选精煤水分过高的问题,采用GPJ140/3-C型加压过滤机代替快开压滤机对浮选精煤进行脱水,并对浮选工艺进行完善和优化。生产实践表明:GPJ140/3-C型加压过滤机投入运行后,浮选精煤水分在16%～19%之间,与原来相比下降约7%;滤液浓度在5～7 g/L之间,保持在低水平;滤饼干燥且呈松散状,可以均匀掺入其他产品。

As a solution to the problem relating to the excessively high moisture of flotation concentrate, use is made of the GPJ140/3-C pressure filter in place of the rapid-open filter press for dewatering of flotation concentrate, along with improvement and optimization of the flotation process. Practice shows that with the use of the pressure filter, the concentrate moisture is reduced to a level of 16%-19%, down by 7% compared with the original figure while the density of centrate is as low as 5-7 g/L. Moreover, the cake is in a loose and noncohesive form and can be evenly blended into other products.
