摘要
针对我国燃煤电厂现有烟气治理技术路线存在的主要问题,基于协同治理的理念,对华能海门电厂1 000 MW机组进行超低排放改造。综合考虑脱硝系统、除尘系统和脱硫系统之间的协同关系,确定整体改造方案,主要包括烟气余热利用系统、脱硝设备、除尘器、脱硫设备的改造,以及引风机位置和烟气管道的优化。改造后主要污染物排放质量浓度平均值远低于国家要求的环保指标,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Aiming at the existing problems in technology roadmap of flue gas management in domestic coalfired power plants, ultra-supereritieal emission retrofit of 1 000 MW units in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant was conducted. The coordination of denitration system, dedusting system and desulphurization system is comprehensively considered to determine an overall scheme for retrofit of waste heat utilization system, denitration device, dust precipitator and desulphurization device as well as optimization on the location of induced draft fan and flue gas pipe. The mean value of the mass concentration of main pollutants is far lower than the national environmental protection index, and therefore favourable social benefit and economic benefit are obtained.
