The Investigation of the Employability of Accounting Graduates of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology

会计专业是我校职业教育中的热门专业，学生数历年来居各专业学生数的首位。在经济下行压力加大及社会转型时期，高等职业院校财经类毕业生的就业面，瞄严重的挑战，毕业生的高质量就业已成为高职学生、高职院校、家长和社会最为关心的问题之一。本文以近五年我校会计类毕业生为对象，开展就业现状和就业能力调查，并对调查结果进行数据分析，分析毕业生就业能力上存在的问题，并结合当前高职院校财务会计专业的教学实际，就如何提升财务会计类学生就业能力进行一些思考。

Accounting is a popular discipline in Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology, the number of students of which ranks the first over years. Under the increasing economical downward pressure as well as in the period of social transformation, graduates with finance and economics diploma from higher vocational college faces severe employment challenges. Therefore, seeking high-quality employment becomes one of the most concerned problems for students, vocational college, parents and society. This paper investigates employment status and employability of graduates with accounting diploma of our college in the past five years, analyzes the problems existing about the employability basing on data analysis, and combines current teaching practice of the finance and accounting disciplines in the vocational college to put forward some thoughts about how to enhance the employability of graduates with finance and accounting diploma.
