摘要
“预期课程”框架描述了基于课程目标的课程知识建设过程以及课程知识如何从系统设计层面经由教师实施层面流向学生学习层面,最后通过评价反馈到系统设计层面形成的全过程。基于“预期课程”框架分析技能人才培养过程存在的弊端,通过优化课程结构寻求技能人才培养优化的突破口,在此基础上,提出职业院校技能人才培养优化策略,确立技能人才培养新的研究视角。
The "Intended Curriculum" framework describes the building process of the course knowledge based on curriculum objectives and how curriculum knowledge flows from the system design level through the teacher implementation level to the student learning level, and finally, also describes the formation of the whole process of system design level by evaluation feedback. Based on the "intended curriculum" framework, to analyze the shortcomings in the process of training skilled personnel. Through the optimization of the curriculum structure, to seek breakthroughs of the optimization of skilled personnel training. On this basis, put forward the optimization strategies for the cultivation of skilled personnel in vocational colleges, and establish a new research perspective for the training of skilled talents.
