摘要
探究C57BL/6、129/SvJ、BCF1和ICR四种小鼠生殖系统各组织中过氧化物还原酶家族成员PrxⅠ、PrxⅡ、PrxⅢ、PrxⅤ的表达水平。采用Western blot和免疫组化方法检测四种小鼠睾丸组织中光氧化物还原酶家族的表达和分布。Western blot结果显示,PrxⅠ在BCF1、ICR小鼠睾丸组织中表达水平明显高于C57BL/6、129/SvJ小鼠;PrxⅡ在BCF1和ICR小鼠睾丸组织中的表达水平高于129/SvJ、C57BL/6小鼠,而PrxⅢ在BCF1和ICR小鼠睾丸组织中的表达水平低于129/SvJ、C57BL/6小鼠,PrxⅤ在卵巢组织的表达水平明显低于其他组织;免疫组化显示,PrxⅤ主要分布于睾丸间质细胞。结果表明,过氧化物还原酶家族在四种不同品系小鼠生殖系统各组织中的表达及分布存在明显差异,这种差异与不同品系小鼠的产仔性能存在潜在地关联性。
To study the expression of Prx I, Prx Ⅱ, Prx Ⅲ and Prx V in mouse genital system of C57BL/6, 129/SvJ, BCF1 and ICR,the expression and distribution of peroxiredoxins was measured by Western blot and immunohistochemistry in testicular tissues of four different mice. Western blot results showed that the expression of PrxⅠ in the testicular tissue of BCF1 and ICR was higher than C57BL/6 and 129/SvJ mice. The expression of Prx Ⅱ in the testicular tissue of BCF1 and ICR was higher than C57BL/6 and 129/SvJ mice. The expression of Prx Ⅲ in the testicular tissue of BCF1 and ICR was lower than C57BL/6 and 129/SvJ mice. The expression of Prx Ⅴ in the ovarian was strikingly lower than other tissue. Immunohistochemistry showed that Prx Ⅴwas mainly distributed in leydig cells. The results showed that the expression and distribution of peroxiredoxins was obviously different in genital system of four different mice, which might be related to breed performance of different mice strains.
