摘要
为了筛选最佳蛹虫草CM-001菌株的培养条件,采用单因素实验和正交设计对蛹虫草菌丝体的液体发酵培养基配方进行优化。结果显示,CM-001菌株产虫草素最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨、最适无机盐为KH2PO4和ZnSO4·7H2O组合。最适培养基配方为:葡萄糖30 g·L-1,蛋白胨3.5 g·L-1,KH2PO4和ZnSO4·7H2O各2 g·L-1,希望对工业化生产提供技术支持。
To screen the best Cordyceps militaris CM-001 fermentation medium for producing cordycepin,single factor experiments and orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the formula of medium. The results showed that the optimal carbon source,nitrogen source,and inorganic salt value were glucose, peptone,KH2PO4 and ZnSO4·7H2O,respectively. The optimal medium concentration was shown as follows: glucose 30 g·L^-1,peptone 3.5 g·L^-1,KH2PO4 2 g·L^-1 and ZnSO4·7H2O 2 g·L^-1.It might provide technical support for industrial production.
