基于谐波叠加法车辆参数对车辆随机荷载模拟的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 由于路面不平度的随机激励,导致车辆作用在路面上的附加动荷载是一个零均值、各态历经的平稳随机过程,因此利用谐波叠加法模拟1/4车辆模型的车辆随机动荷载,加上车辆自重荷载得到车辆随机荷载。分别详细分析了在3种车速和3种路面等级下,车辆模型的四个车辆参数(轮胎刚度系数k1、悬挂系刚度系数k2、轮胎阻尼系数c1和悬挂系的阻尼系数c2)对于车辆随机荷载影响。计算结果表明:车辆随机荷载曲线是一条围绕着车辆自重荷载上下振动的随机曲线;随着路面等级的降低,车辆随机荷载的振幅明显地增加;随着车辆参数的增加,车辆随机荷载的标准差呈现线性增加,其中c1对于标准差的影响程度要明显大于k1、k2和c2;随着车速的增加和路面等级的降低,c1对于车辆随机荷载标准差的影响程度增大。 Due to the random excitation of the pavement roughness,the additional dynamic load of the vehicle acting on the road surface was a stationary ergodic random process with zero mean value.The additional dynamic of the vehicle was simulated by using the harmonic superposition method,and the random load of the vehicle was obtained by adding the vehicle's own load.The effects of four vehicle parameters k1,k2,c1 and c2 on the vehicle random load were analyzed in detail under three kinds of the vehicle speed and three kinds of the road grade.The calculation results showed that the random load curve of the vehicle was vibrating around the vehicle's own weight.As the pavement level decreased,the amplitude of the vehicle random load increased significantly. As the vehicle parameters increased,the standard deviation of the vehicle random load increased linearly. In particular,the effect of the parameter c1 on standard deviation was significantly greater than other parameters k1,k2 and c2.With the increase of vehicle speed and the decrease of road grade,the influence degree of the parameter c1 on the standard deviation of vehicle random load increased.
