贵州“校农结合”与全国“农校对接”精准扶贫比较研究

Comparative Research on "Combination between University and Village" of Guizhou Province and "Connection between Agriculture and Technology" of National Targeted Poverty Alleviation

通过对贵州"校农结合"精准扶贫实践与全国"农校对接"农产品销售模式进行对比研究,发现两者在缘起、"校"的范围、"农"的范围、对接深度等方面存在差异。在精准脱贫大背景下,"校农结合"可以融入"农校对接"创建的精准扶贫示范窗口服务平台,同时,"校农结合"的产业培扶、基地建设、资源整合等方面帮扶农业产业发展的经验可作为"农校对接"借鉴。

Through the comparison between ＂combination between university and village＂ of Guizhou province and national ＂connection between agriculture and technology＂,this paper finds that there are many differences such as the range of ＂university＂ and the concept of ＂agriculture＂ and the depth of combination. Under the background of targeted poverty alleviation,＂combination between university and village＂ can be refined a form of platform as a realized way of national ＂connection between agriculture and technology＂,but on the other hand,＂combination between university and village＂ can provide a certain reference for national ＂connection between agriculture and technology＂ in industrial assistance,base construction,resource integration and other aspects.
