摘要
近年来,随着中国房地产行业的快速发展,中国房地产行业格局发生了巨大变化,品牌集中度进一步增强。在土地成本大幅上涨、国家地产调控政策与市场波动的双重压力下,各大地产企业为实现规模及利润最大化,一方面积极调整采购模式,另外一方面开始采用快周转的开发策略。作为与房地产行业息息相关的涂料生产商和涂装公司面对这种大环境,需要加强合作。文章对此提出了相关的解决方案。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China's real estate industry, great changes have taken place in the structure of China's real estate industry, and the brand concentrates more.Under the dual pressure of the sharp rise in land cost, the national real estate regulation policy and the market fluctuation, the major local production enterprises, in order to realize the scale and profit maximization,actively adjust the procurement mode on one hand, and start to adopt the development strategy of quick turnover on the other hand.As for those paint manufacturers and painting companies who face this environment and closely relate to the real estale industry,they will be the sparks of closer cooperation between the two sides.This paper puts forward relevant solutions.
