快速路能否穿越城市中心城区存在较大争议,需要根据实际情况因地制宜分析。重点从两个方面分析判断快速路能否穿越中心城区:通过对快速路的几何属性、非直线系数等因素的分析来判断快速路是否诱增穿城的过境交通;通过对快速路建设形式、周边建筑尺度和建筑风格等因素的分析来判断快速路是否影响城市风貌。以上海、杭州等城市案例说明快速路能否穿越中心城区和穿越时的注意事项。

Whether the expressway can go through the urban central area is highly controversial and needs to be analyzed according to the actual situations. This paper mainly judges whether the expressway can go through the urban central area from two aspects of the analysis on the factors of geometric attribute and non-straight line coefficient to judge whether the expressway induces and increases the transit traffic through the city, and the analysis on the factors of expressway construction form, surrounding architectural scale and architectural style to judge whether the expressway influences the city scape. This paper explains the matters for attention whether the expressway goes through the urban central area and when goes through by the city examples of Shanghai and Hangzhou.
