摘要
随着城市经济和交通的快速发展,新的桥梁结构形式不断出现。其中,钢-混叠合梁结构以其施工难度小、工期短、跨越能力大和自重轻等优点得到了广泛应用。以一座城市高架桥为工程实例,分析了预制装配式钢-混叠合梁的设计技术要点,针对设计过程中每个关键点进行了计算分析。计算结果表明,钢-混叠合梁能充分发挥两种材料的特性,但也发现了一些问题并进行了总结,为类似装配式钢-混叠合梁的推广应用提供设计依据。
With the rapid development of urban economy and traffic, the new types of bridge structures have emerged. In which, the steel-concrete composite girder structure has been widely used because of its small construction difficulty, short construction period, large spanning capacity and light dead weight. Taking an urban viaduct as an example, this paper analyses the design essentials of prefabricated steel-concrete composite girder, and calculates and analyses every key point in the design process. The calculation result shows that the steel-concrete composite girder can fully play the properties of two materials, and finds and summarizes some problems, which provide the design basis for the popularization and application of the similar prefabricated steel-concrete composite girders.
