摘要
大体积混凝土桥梁承台施工的关键难点是裂缝的控制。经分析大体积混凝土的开裂机理,并总结桥梁承台开裂原因:与混凝土水化、环境温度、混凝土收缩和养护方法等因素相关。进而提出桥梁承台大体积混凝土的防裂技术,包括:混凝土原材料控制、施工防护方法、养护管理措施等方面。最后通过工程案例阐述了防裂控制,取得了良好效果。
The critical difficulty of mass concrete construction of bridge base slab is the crack control. The cracking mechanism of mass concrete is analyzed, and the cracking causes of bridge base slab are summarized and related to the concrete hydration, ambient temperature, concrete shrinkage and curing method. The relevant crack prevention technologies of mass concrete of bridge base slab are proposed including the raw material control of concrete, the construction protection method, the curing and management measures. Finally, the crack prevention control is explained through an engineering example,and the good effects are achieved.
