摘要
结合诸光路盾构隧道工程,描述了梁、板、柱双层内部预制结构体系,提出了立柱与基座灌浆套筒连接、基座与管片植筋连接、梁与柱后浇湿接头的连接方式,为隧道内部结构的预制拼装设计、施工提供了参考。针对立柱与基座的灌浆套筒连接试件进行了拟静力试验,分析了试件的破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线。结果表明,此连接方式的承载力和抗震性能均满足设计要求。针对基座与管片植筋连接的拟静力试验结果表明,管片植筋的连接方式可靠,可以通过优化设计减少植筋数量。
Combined with the Zhuguang Road Shield Tunnel Project, the prefabricated structure system of beams, plates and columns is described. The connection between the column and the base grouting sleeve,the connection between the base and the segment bonded rebar, and the post-pouring wet joint of beam and column are put forward, which can be referred for the prefabricated design and construction of the internal structures in the tunnel. The pseudo static test is carried out for the grouting sleeve connection specimen of the column and the base. The failure mode, the hysteresis curve and the skeleton curve of the specimen are analyzed. The results show that the bearing capacity and the seismic performance of the connection methods all satisfy the design requirements. The results of pseudo static test for the connection of base and segmentbonded rebar show that the connection method of segment bonded rebar is reliable, and the number of bonded rebar can be reduced through the optimization design.
