摘要
以乙酰丙酮和溴乙酸乙酯等为起始原料,经取代、肼基化、环合、水解、酸化和缩合等反应合成了12个新型的吡啶联吡唑双酰肼类化合物(1a^1l),其结构经~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR和MS(ESI)表征。并研究了化合物的除草活性。培养皿法测试结果表明:用药量为200 mg·L^(-1)时,1j,1k和1l对油菜的抑制率均为100%。盆栽法测试结果表明:苗后茎叶喷雾处理用药量为150 g·hm^(-2)时,1l对靶标杂草芥菜、繁缕的抑制率分别为80%和70%。
Abstract: Twelve novel pyridyl substituted pyrazole diacylhydrazines derivatives( la- 11) were syn- thesized from acetylacetone, ethyl bromoacetate by the reactions of substitution, alkylation, cyclization, hydrolysis, acidification and condensation, etc. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS(ESI) and the herbicidal acitivities were tested. The dish test results indicated that the inhibition rate of lj, lk and 11 against rape reached 100% with dosage of 200 mg · L^-1. The pot test results showed that the growth inhibition rate of 11 against Brassica juncea and Stellaria media were 80% and 70% , with dosage of 150 g·hm^-2(postemergence foliar spray processing).
