摘要
围绕图书馆知识服务的核心,分析了隐性知识与显性知识的概念及关系;针对知识创新的时代需求,探讨了知识服务中启发与显性化隐性知识的重要性;根据知识服务的不足,提出启发和显性化隐性知识的几点策略。
Focusing on the core of library knowledge service,this paper analyzes the concept and relationship between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge,probes into the importance of enlightening and dominating tacit knowledge in knowledge service according to the needs of the times of knowledge innovation,and discusses the deficiency of knowledge service.Several strategies of heuristic and explicit tacit knowledge are put forward.
