肋骨骨折X线首诊漏诊原因分析

Analysis of the Reasons for Missed Diagnosis of the First X-ray Diagnosis of Rib Fractures

目的探讨X线漏诊肋骨骨折的原因,提出应对措施,降低漏诊率。方法回顾性阅读我院2017年1月～2018年1月放射科拍片的1298例肋骨骨折的X线片,找出首次X线报告时漏诊56例,通过对漏诊的原因进行分析,总结经验教训。结果研究发现患者首诊漏诊骨折的主要原因有肋骨先天解剖原因27例(48.21%);未照肋骨斜位片19例(33.92%);未照膈下肋片5例(8.92%);照片质量差1例(1.79%);放射诊断医师漏诊3例(5.36%);临床医师病史简单1例(1.79%)。结论通过分析漏诊原因,制定应对措施,减少漏诊。

Objective To investigate the causes of X-ray missed diagnosis of rib fractures,and propose countermeasures to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis.Methods A retrospective reading of 1298 cases of rib fractures from the Department of Radiology from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital was conducted to find out 56 cases of missed diagnosis in the first X-ray report.The causes of missed diagnosis were analyzed and lessons learned.Results The main reason for the patient＇s first diagnosis of missed fractures was the congenital anatomy of 27 cases（48.21%）;19 cases（33.92%）without rib oblique tablets;5 cases（8.92%）without underarm ribs;The photo quality was poor in 1 case（1.79%）;the radiologist was missed in 3 cases（5.36%）;the clinician＇s medical history was simple in 1 case（1.79%）.Conclusion By analyzing the causes of missed diagnosis,formulate countermeasures and reduce missed diagnosis.
