摘要
分析工业炉(窑)的节能途径及天然气强旋导流式燃烧装置的研究内容(气流组织、燃气与空气最佳混合比、燃烧装置的设计参数及结构、旋流强度、安装方法)。探讨此燃烧装置应用于工业炉(窑)时产品焙烧的运行参数模型。
The energy-saving ways of industrial furnace (kiln) and the research contents of natural gas-fired strong swirling flow-type combustion device (airflow organization,optimal mixing ratio of gas and air,design parameters and structure of combustion device,swirling intensity and installation method) are analyzed. The operating parameter model of the product roasting during application of the combustion device in industrial furnace (kiln) is discussed.
