摘要
对农村煤改气供暖用户管道计算流量的确定方法(采暖热水炉用气叠加炊事用气法、燃具同时工作系数法)进行对比分析,推荐采用采暖热水炉用气叠加炊事用气法。燃气管道计算流量为双眼灶炊事用气计算流量与采暖热水炉用气计算流量之和。双眼灶炊事用气计算流量采用同时工作系数法计算,采暖热水炉用气计算流量按供暖用气计算流量计算,不考虑同时工作系数。通过实际调研石家庄市行唐县部分居民情况,得出同时工作用户比例为0. 83~0. 94,小时不均匀系数为0. 91~1. 18,得出231户用户用气量分布情况,小时高峰出现在18:00—19:00,平均每户用户高峰小时用气量为0. 54 m^3/(h·户),每天平均每户用户运行时长为21. 11 h。基于实测数据,春节时,同时考虑较低室外平均温度与供暖面积叠加影响,进行估算,得出管道计算流量为0. 92m^3/(h·户)。
The methods for determining the pipeline calculation flow of coal-to-gas heating user in rural area (heating and hot water combi-boiler gas superimposed cooking gas method and simultaneous working coefficient method of cooking appliance) are comparatively analyzed,and it is recommended to use the heating and hot water combi-boiler gas superimposed cooking gas method. The calculation flow of the gas pipeline is the sum of the calculation flow of cooking gas of double burner stove and the calculation flow of heating and hot water combi-boiler gas. The calculation flow of cooking gas of double burner stove is calculated by the simultaneous working coefficient method. The calculation flow of heating and hot water combi-boiler gas is calculated according to the calculation flow of heating gas,without considering the simultaneous working coefficient. Through the actual investigation of some residents in Xingtang County,Shijiazhuang City,it is concluded that the proportion of simultaneous working users is 0.83 to 0.94,and the uneven coefficient of hourly consumption is 0.91 to 1.18. The gas distribution of 231 households is obtained. The hourly peak occurs at 18:00 to 19:00,the average hourly gas consumption per household is 0.54 m 3/(h·household),and the average daily operating time per household is 21.11 h. Based on the measured data,during the Spring Festival,the superimposed influence of the lower outdoor average temperature and heating area is considered at the same time,an estimate is made,and it is concluded that the pipeline calculation flow is 0.92 m 3/(h·household).
