LNG箱式橇装加注装置主要设备包括LNG储罐、LNG泵橇、LNG空温式气化器、LNG加气机、现场采集柜PLC系统等。探讨LNG箱式橇装加注装置的工艺流程(卸车流程、储罐增压流程、储罐调温流程、加气流程)。LNG箱式橇装加注装置SCADA系统由现场采集柜PLC系统、站控室PLC系统、火灾报警和气体检测系统、SCADA系统工作站和一卡通收费系统工作站组成,分析各组成的功能和相互关系。

The main equipment of LNG box-type skid-mounted filling device includes LNG tank,LNG pump skid,LNG air-heated vaporizer,LNG filling machine,and PLC system of field collection cabinet. The technological process of the LNG box-type skid-mounted filling device （unloading process,tank pressurization process,tank temperature adjustment process and gas filling process） is discussed. The SCADA system of LNG box-type skid-mounted filling device consists of a field collection cabinet PLC system,a PLC system of station control room,a fire alarm and gas detection system,a SCADA system workstation and a card charging system workstation. The functions and relationships of each component are analyzed.
