管网阴极保护腐蚀分析系统在城市燃气的应用

Application of Pipe Network Cathodic Protection and Corrosion Analysis System to City Gas

阐明阴极保护系统管理中存在的问题,提出管网阴极保护腐蚀分析系统组成(数据采集平台、GPRS传输模块、数据管理中心及用户终端)。对数据采集平台应用背景、组成、数据采集类型、优势和数据采集方法进行阐述,指明管网阴极保护腐蚀分析系统的功能和特点。以系统在昆明城市燃气管网的应用为例,表明该系统可对管网阴极保护系统进行实时连续监测、智能化分析和评估。

The problems existing in the management of cathodic protection system are expounded,and the composition of the cathodic protection and corrosion analysis system of the pipe network （data acquisition platform,GPRS transmission module,data management center and user terminal） is proposed. The application background,composition,data acquisition type,advantages and data acquisition methods of the data acquisition platform are described,and the functions and characteristics of the cathodic protection and corrosion analysis system of the pipe network are demonstrated. Taking the application of the system in Kunming city gas pipe network as an example,it shows that the system can carry out real-time continuous monitoring,intelligent analysis and evaluation of the cathodic protection system of the pipe network.
