摘要
介绍了双色注塑成型的发展情况,并分析了其存在的不足。根据双色注塑面临的问题和车灯企业降低成本的要求,提出了运用组合灯罩来替代前灯双色灯罩的方案。首先运用CATIA建立数据模型,然后使用Moldflow进行模拟分析,最后分析结果证明组合灯罩方案可行。该方案模具结构简单,注塑工艺成熟,总体成本较低,为以后双色灯罩替代方案提供了参考。
The development situation of hi-color injection was introduced, and the disadvantages of hi-color injection were analyzed in this paper. Due to the problems of hi-color injection and the cost reduction policies of lamp enterprise, the project of combined lens to replace hi-color lens was put forward. First, the data model was established using CATIA. Then, the data model was analyzed by Moldflow. Finally, the analysis results proved that the project of combined lens is practicable. The project of combined lens has some advantages, such as the mould structure is simple, the injection molding process is mature, and the lower overall cost. The project was ottered teasible reterence for the replacement of bi-color lens.
