摘要
在汽车照明系统中,后雾灯是一种非常重要的信号灯。为了实现高效、结构紧凑、照明均匀的后雾灯,本文提出一种基于内外透镜组合的LED后雾灯设计,区别于抛物面透镜加灯泡的传统结构,后雾灯主要由LED光源,内透镜和外透镜组成。基于反射-折射复合型准直透镜的数学模型,利用相关软件仿真获得该透镜,进而将该透镜阵列化为内透镜,获得光的准直出射,提高了效率;为了实现照明均匀化,设计一种自由曲面透镜作为外透镜,其内表面为平面,外表面为具有不同参数的阵列化凸球面。通过数值仿真及实际测试,其效率为21. 8%,照明分布均匀,满足ECE R38法规,可用于汽车照明。
In automotive lighting systems, rear tog lamps are a veiT important signal light. In order to design a rear tog lamp with high efficiency, compact structure, and uniform illumination, this paper presents a design of LED rear tog lamp formed from internal and external lens, which is different from the traditional structure including parabolic lens and bulb. The rear tog lamp consists of LED, inner lens and outer lens. Based on the mathematical model of the composite reflection-refraction collimator lens, the lens is obtained by simulation using related software, and the lens is then arrayed into an inner lens to obtain collimated light output and increase the efficiency. In order to achieve even illumination uniformity, a free- form lens is designed as an outer lens. The inner surface is a plane, and the outer suiface is arrayed with many convex spherical surfaces with different parameters. Through numerical simulation and actual test, the results show that the efficiency is 21.8% , and the light distribution is uniform and meets the ECE R38 regulations, so the lamp can be used in automotive lighting.
