边缘计算平台的建设思路浅谈

Discussion on the Construction of Edge Computing Platform

边缘计算是近期产业界研究热点,其业务平台部署于用户边缘,可提供实时的存储、计算能力。站在运营商视角,梳理了边缘计算的概念、应用场景及具体需求,阐述了NFV与边缘计算平台的关系,然后讨论了使用NFV对边缘计算平台进行承载和初步部署的思路,为后期边缘计算的规划和建设提供技术参考。

Edge computing has been a hot topic of the industry. Its service platform is deployed for the edge users and is able to provide real-time storage and computing capability. From the perspective of operators, the concept, application scenario and specific requirements of edge computing are addressed. The relationship between network function virtualization （NFV） and edge computing platform is elaborated. Then, the idea to bear and initially deploy edge computing platform by using NFV is discussed which provides a technical reference to the further planning and construction of edge computing.
