老年慢性肾脏病患者自我效能感与饮食治疗依从性的相关性研究

Correlation between self-efficacy and compliance of diet therapy in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease

目的探讨老年慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者自我效能感与饮食治疗依从性的现状，并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法，选择某三级甲等医院住院及门诊就诊的CKD患者120例为研究对象，采用CKD患者饮食治疗依从性量表，慢性肾脏病患者自我效能量表（CKD—SE）对其进行调查。结果共发放问卷120份，回收有效问卷116份。116例老年CKD患者饮食治疗依从性得分为（36．91±8．36）分，得分率为63．78％；CKD—SE总分（70．33±22．92）分，得分率为57．48％。老年CKD患者饮食治疗依从性量表总分及各维度得分与CKD．SE总分均呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论老年CKD患者饮食治疗依从性有待于提高，医护人员可以通过增强患者的自我效能，提高患者饮食治疗的依从性，从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the actuality and to explore the relationship between the compliance of diet therapy and self-efficacy in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease （CKD）. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with CKD who were treated in a Class m Grade A hospital were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method. All the subjects were investigated with the Diet Therapy Compliance Scale and the Chronic Kidney Disease Self-Efficacy Instrument （CKD-SE）. Results A total of 120 questionnaires were distributed, and 116 valid questionnaires were collected. The statistical score of diet compliance in the elderly patients with CKD was （36.91 ± 8.36）, with the rate of 63.78%, And the score of CKD-SE was （70.33 ± 22.92）, with the rate of 57.48%. The total score and each dimension scores of the diet compliance scale had a positive correlation with the total score of CKD-SE in the elderly patients with CKD （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The compliance of the elderly patients with CKD needs to be improved. Medical staff can improve patients＇ quality of life by enhancing their self-efficacy and compliance with diet therapy.
