探讨肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌患者血清γ-干扰素水平的变化及意义

To Investigate the Changes and Significance of Serum γ-interferon Levels in Patients with Hepatitis, Liver Cirrhosis and Liver Cancer

目的了解血清γ-干扰素指标情况对于肝炎、肝硬化以及肝癌患者的临床价值。方法选本院2016年至2018年收治的肝炎、肝硬化与肝癌患者为分析对象,在各种疾病患者群体中各抽取30例,另选同期到本院进行健康体检提示无肝病异常健康人30例为对照组,所有对象均通过ELISA方法检测血清当中IFN-γ(γ-干扰素)指标,通过对患者所得数据回顾性分析后归纳该指标对三种疾病患者的临床指导价值。结果经检测提示四组纳入对象,两两之间IFN-γ指标均存在显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清IFN-γ在正常人和肝病患者中存在明显差异,即使肝病中,不同类型患者的表达程度也并不相同,可作为对肝病患者的重要诊疗参考标准之一。

Objective To understand the clinical value of serum γ-interferon index in patients with hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. Methods Selected from 2016 to 2018, we selected hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver cancer patients as the object of analysis. 30 cases were selected from the group of patients with various diseases, Another 30 healthy persons who had no liver disease were selected as control group. All the subjects were detected the serum IFN--gamma（IFN-gamma） index by the ELISA method. The clinical guidance value of the index to the three disease patients was summed up by retrospective analysis of the data obtained from the patients. ResμLts Four groups were included in the study, and there were significant differences in IFN-γ between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum IFN-γ is significantly different between normal and liver disease patients. Even in liver diseases, the expression levels of different types of patients are not the same, which can be used as an important reference standard for patients with liver diseases.
