探讨细节管理在提高护理工作质量及降低风险事件中的作用

Explore the Role of Detail Management in Improving the Quality of Nursing Work and Reducing Risk Events

目的探讨分析细节管理在提高护理工作质量并降低风险事件中的作用。方法随机选取我院自2017年7月至2018年2月收治的300例住院患者作为本次临床研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组(n=150)与研究组(n=150),其中对照组患者均行常规护理管理,研究组则行细节护理管理,对比两组患者的护理质量与其风险事件发生率。结果研究组患者经护理管理后,其护理质量高于对照组,且风险事件的发生率明显低于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院患者给予细节护理管理,能有效提高临床护理质量,降低风险事件的发生,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To explore the role of detail management in improving the quality of nursing work and reducing risk events. Methods A total of 300 inpatients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to February 2018 were random Ly selected as the study subjects and random Ly divided into control group（n =150） and study group（n =150）. The control group underwent routine nursing management, and the study group underwent detail nursing management to compare the quality of care and the incidence of risk events between the two groups. Results After nursing management, the quality of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of risk events was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The detail nursing management for inpatients can effectively improve the quality of clinical care and reduce the occurrence of risk events, which is worthy of application in clinical practice.
