基于电子病历系统实现多学科联合会诊的应用实践

The Application Practice of Multiple Disciplinary Team(MDT) based on Electronic Medical Records(EMR) Ststem

目的研究本院电子病历中多学科联合会诊模块的应用实践效果。方法随机选取2014年1月至2018年1月期间完成多学科联合会诊的病例,根据是否在电子病历平台实现,分为对照组和试验组,每组100例,观察两组会诊实施效果。结果 100例试验组患者好转率89%,高于对照组76%;诊断符合率93%,高于对照组83%;死亡率8%,低于对照组14%;验组用时低于对照组。具有统计学意义。结论基于电子病历系统实现多学科联合会诊有利于医院提供快捷有效的综合性诊疗服务,在保证患者安全的同时,能明显提高诊断率、患者好转率,降低死亡率。

Objective To study the effect of MDT in EMR in our hospital. Methods Random Ly selected from January 2014 to January 2018 to be able to perform MDT, based on whether to be performed on EMR, divided into control and test groups every 100 cases, to observe the results of the two sessions. Results The number of patients in the test group is 89% higher than the control group（76%）; The diagnostic accuracy rate was 93%, higher than the control group（83%）. The mortality rate was 8%, lower than the control group（14%）. The time of the test group was lower than the control group.P〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The MDT based on EMR is helpful for the hospital to provide effective and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment services. While ensuring patients’ safety, it can improve the rate of diagnosis and recovery, reduce the mortality.
