目的探讨疾病预防控制中心疫苗管理模式的优化。方法针对开展疾病预防控制中心新管理模式后的实施效果进行评价,以疾病预防控制中心传统管理模式作为历史对照。对28名疾病预防控制中心工作人员进行调查,使其对疾病预防控制中心新管理模式以及既往管理模式进行评价。结果通过调查统计发现,疾病预防控制中心新管理模式下员工对监督审查、账目管理、运输管理以及员工责任感等评价均高于传统模式,对比差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疾病预防控制中心新管理模式对解决冷链配送能力问题、账目管理问题、监督质量不佳以及采购疫苗信息来源不足等诸多问题有良好作用,对加强疾病预防控制中心工作质量与充分公共卫生维护职能有重要意义。值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the optimization of vaccine management mode in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Methods The implementation effect of the new management mode of the CDC was evaluated, and the traditional management mode of the CDC was used as a historical comparison. A survey of 28 CDC staff was conducted to evaluate the new management mode and past management mode of the CDC. Results According to the survey statistics, the evaluation of supervisory review, account management, transportation management and employee responsibility under the new management mode of the CDC was higher than the traditional model, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The new management model of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a good effect on solving problems such as cold chain distribution capacity, accounting management problems, poor supervision quality, and insufficient sources of information on purchasing vaccines. It is of great significance to strengthen the work quality of the Centers for Disease Control and prevention and to fully maintain the functions of public health.
