分析护理信息化建设对优质护理服务的影响

Analysis of the Influence of Nursing Informatization Construction on High Quality Nursing Service

目的了解优质护理服务过程中应用护理信息化建设的相关内容和影响程度。方法本院自2017年始进行护理信息化建设,将护理项目建设前后1年分别设为对照组与观察组,从其中各抽取患者40例,接受常规护理管理、联合护理信息化建设。比较两组在不同护理管理模式下相关指标差异。结果观察组患者对护理质量满意评价情况显著优于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理期间观察组出现差错事件情况明显低于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为患者提供护理过程中联合护理信息化建设管理内容能够确保服务的优质性,让患者感受到更加全面、个性的护理,提高其对护理评价并将其护理期间缺陷情况发生,对医院和患者而言均有重要应用价值,值得推广。

Objective To understand the content and influence degree of applying nursing Informalization in quality nursing service. Methods Since 2017, nursing information construction has been carried out in the hospital, and the control group and observation group have been set up 1 years before and after the construction of nursing projects. Among them, 40 patients were selected, receiving routine nursing management and joint nursing information construction. The differences between the two groups in different nursing management modes were compared. Results The satisfactory evaluation of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）, and the error events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group during the nursing period, and there was a statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the process of providing nursing for patients, the content of the combined nursing information construction management can ensure the quality of the service, let the patient feel more comprehensive and personalized nursing, improve the nursing evaluation and take place in the nursing period. It is valuable to the hospital and the patients. It is worth promoting.
